These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SoLuxurious.com.au Online Boutique.  By placing an order through SoLuxurious.com.au, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms.  If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our online boutique.

Order Validation and Acceptance

When you place an order through SoLuxurious.com.au, we may verify your method of payment, shipping address before processing your order.  SoLuxurious.com.au reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.  You will then be notified by email or telephone.  All monies will be refunded in the original form of payment.  All orders are subject to the availability of stock.

When you place an order through SoLuxurious.com.au, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of backordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order.  You agree that SoLuxurious.com.au will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.

Product Display/Colours

Soluxurious.com.au attempts to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the Site.  *Please Note*  the particular technical specifications and settings of your computer and its display could effect the accuracy of its display of the colours of the products shown on our site.  SoLuxurious.com.au cannot guarantee that the colour you see matches the product colour.

Security and Privacy

Shipping and Handling

Generally, all orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt (once the money appear in our account).  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national public holidays.  *Please Note*  Some remote locations won't arrive in the standard 2-3 working days, but might take 3-6 business days, depending on destination.
