Payment
All prices quoted on www.SoLuxurious.com.au are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All purchases will be charged in Australian Dollars only.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Direct Deposit for all Australian purchases.
All international can be made by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) only.
Please be aware that you may be charged a currency conversion fee from your bank or credit card company. Please check with your bank for any fees you may incur prior to placing your order, as we are not responsible for any additional fees charged to you by any third party.
* All Direct Deposit must be received within 3 business days. If payment was not received, we reserved the right to cancel the order. *
Shipping
SoLuxurious.com.au has a flat fee shipping charge of $8.50 nationally. Domestic orders should arrive from 1 to 5 days from payment clearance. We ship using Australia Express Post.

All international orders will incur the following flat fee shipping:-
Standard Shipping (5 to 15 days) = $35.00 - No Tracking number available for this option
Express Shipping (3 to 5 days) = $55.00
SoLuxurious.com.au endeavours to ship all orders within 24 hours of payment clearance, however, and while most orders will be delivered within this timeframe, please allow up to 10 days for delivery as external factors outside of our control may cause delays.

* SoLuxurious.com.au is not responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be imposed on your order. Once your order reaches your country, you are accountable for paying all charges for customs clearance. Additionally, you must be aware of and comply with all laws and regulations that govern importation in your country.
Tracking Your Orders
You will receive an email containing a tracking number when your package has been shipped. You can use this to track the status of your order in the "Track your order" section at http://platinum.auspost.com.au/platinum/index.asp or 13 13 18.
Insurance
Your order is insured for the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. After you have signed for your order, the responsibility for your goods passes to you. SoLuxurious.com.au's liability is limited to the total value of your order excluding shipping charges.
Returns and Exchanges
SoLuxurious.com.au strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any tags and before disposing of any original packaging to avoid frustrations.
For returns and exchanges, please contact one of our staff members at Sales@SoLuxurious.com.au with 5 days of receiving your order, and they will send you instructions on how to return your goods. If you wish to exchange, please email us your required size and it will be reserved for you if the item is in stock. PLEASE NOT DO RETURN STOCKS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.
* Please Note* You are free to choose a refund, exchange or a store credit.
** Sale items **: For sales or discount code items, we are unable to offer a Refund, however, you are welcome to exchange or have a store credit to your SoLuxurious account.
SoLuxurious.com.au requires that all goods be returned within 10 days via an insured and registered postal service. We will only accept undamaged goods with all original packaging in tact (including tags). SoLuxurious.com.au does not accept any liability for return goods. In the event that the items fail to reach us your return will not be processed. SoLuxurious.com.au suggest that you take up all matters with your postal service provider.
Only when your package has been received, and undergone quality control checks will your exchange be processed.
Asia-Pacific, USA, UK & Europe:-
Items to be return from outside Australia should be sent no slower than registered air mail and must endorsed 'return of goods'. You must pay the return carriage charges, though in the case of an exchange, we will have the new item delivered free of additional charge.
Item Availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well s your shipping confirmation.
Lay-By
We do accept Lay-bys for purchases via Direct Deposit. After placing your order online, please email us to let us know that you want the items lay-by and so that we can expect your lay-by deposit. You will only need to deposit 30% of the Total value to hold your purchase for 4 weeks.
Cancellation of the lay-by is allow, however you will lose the 30% deposit.
